Pay to enter a competition? Is this the real site or a redirect?
What does the fee go towards? Purchasing the prizes?

Many photo competitions have entry fees to help pay for the administration associated with organizing such a competition. Some of the most prestigious completions for photographers, such as the Veolia Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition, have entry fees.
