select the prints you wish
to order. Once you find the thumbnail photo you like, just click on it
to enlarge the photo. It will give you details about the photo, sizes
available, the paper choices and prices. KEYWORDS are embedded in the
images to assist you in searching with the KEYWORD SEARCH feature.
Shopping Cart The "Shopping Cart" displays your order details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the "Remove" link on the right side. Checking out You will need to login to checkout your order. If you are new to the site click the "New User" link and create a login name and password. This information is stored so that you can return to the site and so that I can review your order. I use a secure payment gateway for purchases made on this site. If you have already set up an account with me you'll find the process of ordering quick and easy. If you are not already registerd, you will be asked to register with me and it will take a little longer as you need to enter all your information. My Account This page shows your order history and also allows you to download any instant download orders. Product Return Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with a print order, I will refund 100% of your order upon its return to us in the condition that it was received. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You must contact me prior to any return and I will give you specific return instructions. If your order is delivered damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper. IMPORTANT: Save all packing materials. Failure to do so can cause the shipper to deny your claim.
Delivery I custom print each order digitally on the finest papers and printers available. I only use archival inks and every image is designed to meet the highest standards. To assure the quality I strive for, please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Shipping All prints are carefully rolled into large and sturdy tubes for shipping. I use Canada Post unless you specify otherwise. See Shipping under Order Info for details.
