Workshop Philosophy
I provide an educational environment that will help you enhance your photography skills in an enjoyable, non-intimidating atmosphere.  You will have the opportunity to present images for critique, to enhance your compositional skills, learn to utilize light to your best advantage and learn the techniques that will add impact to your images.  

Unlike many workshop leaders, I will not be photographing during our time together.  I am there to help you get the best images possible and that is a tricky proposition if you need to interrupt my photography to ask a question.  I will share the tips, tricks and techniques I've used while capturing images for publication in magazines, calendars, post cards and greeting cards.  I am a regular contributing editor with Outdoor Photography Canada Magazine and a photography instructor at Metro Community College..

My workshops take advantage of leading edge digital technology to provide timely feedback on the images you create during the workshop.  Critiques are presented in a thoughtful manner looking for opportunities for improvement.
