Paul Burwell Photography Workshops

Unless otherwise specified, lodging, food, transportation and other items not explicitly mentioned are not included in the workshop price.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation notification is required in writing.

• Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the beginning of a workshop will be refunded all monies received less the deposit.

• Cancellations received between 30 and 60 days prior to the beginning of a workshop will be refunded 50% of monies received less the deposit.
• If it is possible to fill your spot, all monies less the deposit and a $100 processing fee will be refunded

• Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the beginning of a workshop will receive no refund.
• If it is possible to fill your spot, all monies less the deposit and a $100 processing fee will be refunded

• If you cancel, your deposit is non refundable.  However, you can apply it towards another Paul Burwell Photography workshop to be held within 18 months of your cancellation.

• Paul Burwell Photography reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to insufficient number of registrants.  
• If this occurs registrants will receive notification at least sixty days prior to the start of a workshop and all monies received will be refunded.
• We can not be held responsible for other associated costs that you may have incurred (such as travel expenses), therefore we recommend and encourage you to purchase trip insurance.

• Workshops may also be cancelled due to instructor illness, natural disaster, or other uncontrollable reasons.  
• If a workshop is cancelled for these reasons, all monies received will be refunded.
• We can not be held responsible for other associated costs that you may have incurred (such as travel expenses), therefore we recommend and encourage you to purchase trip insurance.
